Innovaciones tecno-políticas en las ciudades inteligentes para la gestión del bienestar social y la salud pública

Abstract
Esta investigación provee una revisión de las formas de organización social digital relacionada con la agenda urbana de salud y bienestar, especialmente la participación interactiva de las comunidades centradas en las personas y en el planeta. Cuando se trata de una innovación tecno-política, la reorganización de una sociedad civil, en el análisis del paisaje de la ciudad o gobernanza inteligente, puede revelar nuevas expresiones, definiciones y alcances del poder ciudadano. Por ello, el objetivo del artículo consiste en mostrar casos representativos de empoderamiento ciudadano cuando se aplican las tecnologías de la información, el mutualismo o cooperación y la autoorganización para gestionar una vida urbana saludable y activa para la sociedad.
