This issue has a thematic focus on environmental governance and the local implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, coordinated by José Manuel Leal García as guest editor. The articles will be published on a rolling basis and will examine, from different perspectives, the relationship between international agendas, institutional capacities, and local responses in the areas of sustainability, energy transition, environmental justice, urban resilience, and human mobility.
